El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque la corrección de la demanda fue insuficiente, en toando los actores no cumplieron con las exigencias previstas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena considera que el cargo propuesto carece de especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia y no despierta una duda mínima capaz de habilitar la competencia de la Corte para asumir su conocimiento.
